Baking Schools

Although we tend to think about baking as a homey skill, baking is the result of some complex chemistry, and food science is used to develop new baking ideas, and to make sure that the results of industrial baking are uniformly good. There are a variety of bodies such as the American Institute of Baking who work with the industry to make sure that their products are healthy and satisfying.
